News from the front…

Okay folks, here’s the latest. Not only is this the busiest year we’ve ever had, but we’re the busiest we’ve ever been since the shop opened 10 years ago. We want to say thanks to all of you who have chosen us for your instrument needs, and also thank everyone for your patience while we continue to grow. Things have been so chaotic that this is the first chance we’ve had to check FB for almost 3 months!

We’d also like to say a special thanks to those who have horns in waiting right now. This goes not only for the schools we service, but our private customers as well. Without your patience and understanding, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Rest assured, we are getting through the work as quickly as possible while still maintaining what many of you know to be our extremely high standards of quality and workmanship.

Right now, we’re just 2 full time techs and 1 part time tech. The training is extremely challenging and takes years to complete. Many of you have expressed to us that while the work we do is great, it’s taking awhile to complete. We understand your position, and we want all of you to know that we are doing the absolute best we can in getting your horns back to you. This year has presented us with challenges, but also many great opportunities. We’re proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish and we’re looking forward to serving this community in an even better way in the years to come. We appreciate all of you, and we appreciate your patience. Without you, we wouldn’t have been able to make these first 10 years happen, so here’s to the next 10!
